Line Dancing

Yoga Chair (Several Locations)
Sitting Yoga Exercises were developed to be performed while seated in a chair and provides easy to follow exercises to stretch your hands, wrists, arms, upper back, hips, lower back and feet. Strengthen your abdomen, deepen your breath and reduce probability of blood-clots in your blood vessels.
Cost: $2 class

Charles Parker Center Overview
The Charles C. Parker center for active adults is designed to serve those 55 and over with recreational, instructional, and enrichment activities and events. This facility is also available for rentals from dances, to birthday parties to meetings.
