Special Services Division

Tyler Stinson serves as the Special Services Manager, rejoining the team after previously working in the Sports Division as a Coordinator and Assistant Sports Manager from 2020 to 2022. He also spent two years as the Director of Stadium Operations for the Rome Emperors. Tyler is a graduate of Shorter University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport Management. In April 2026, he achieved his CPRP designation as a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys watching college football on fall Saturdays and baseball throughout the summer. He is an avid fan of the University of Georgia and the Atlanta Braves. In his free time, he also enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family.

Mina Garcia
Special Services Coordinator
Mina Garcia is the Special Services Coordinator and has been employed with Parks and Rec since 2015 when she first joined the team as a part time gymnastics coach. Mina was promoted from part time to full time as the Special Services Coordinator in August 2022.

She handles everything involving recreational gymnastics, helps out with events and a few other things within the Special Services division.
​
In her spare time, Mina enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. After graduating from Model High School in 2017, Mina attended Georgia North Western Technical College.
