Special Services Division
Tyler Stinson serves as the Special Services Manager, rejoining the team after previously working in the Sports Division as a Coordinator and Assistant Sports Manager from 2020 to 2022. He also spent two years as the Director of Stadium Operations for the Rome Emperors. Tyler is a graduate of Shorter University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport Management. In April 2026, he achieved his CPRP designation as a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys watching college football on fall Saturdays and baseball throughout the summer. He is an avid fan of the University of Georgia and the Atlanta Braves. In his free time, he also enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family.
Laura is a Recreation Program Coordinator in the Special Services Division. Laura joined the RFPRA in August of 2026. Laura has spent time working in professional sports with the Rome Emperors as well as collegiate athletic departments at Berry College and Christopher Newport University in Virginia. Originally from Jackson, Georgia, Laura moved to Rome to attend Berry College. She graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration and a concentration in Digital Storytelling.
In her spare time, Laura loves to cook, cheer on the Dawgs and the Braves, and spend time with her husband and baby boy.
