Berry College Volleyball Coach Caitlyn Moriarty, members of her nationally ranked volleyball squad and Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation invite girls of all ages to come out to the Thornton Center Gymnasium on Monday, Sept. 23 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for a free volleyball clinic.
The Vikings will be teaching players drills, working on various skills including bumping, setting, serving, spiking, rotation, court placement and more. Don’t miss this great opportunity to learn from a nationally recognized coach and her players.
During her team as head coach at Berry, Coach Moriarty’s teams boast a 79-21 record, including an impressive 37-5 record in Southern Athletic Association play. Coach Moriarty has been named the AVCA South Region Coach of the Year and the SAA Conference Coach of the Year the past two seasons. The Vikings are currently ranked No. 4 in the AVCA Top 25 Poll.
