The Charles C. Parker Community Center, located in Etowah Park, is named in honor of Charles C. Parker, a former Commissioner who was very instrumental in the development of the Center.

The community center is available to all Rome and Floyd County residents to host events such as birthday parties, weddings, family reunions, baby showers, and so much more.

We also have user groups rent the facility for church on Sunday mornings, Arts and Craft Shows, Disability Fair, and more events open to the public.

Throughout the week, you can find programming for active adults such as Georgia Mountain Music, Silver Sneakers and more.

Charles Parker Center offers several rooms and amenities for your next party or gathering. The center features the following:

- Billiards room
- Commercial Kitchen
- Located inside Etowah Park

- Banquet Room: 31 Tables, 65 cloth chairs, 34 wooden chairs, 95 folding chairs

- Activity Room: 7 Tables & 37 cloth chairs
