Lindsey Jones

Recreation Services Manager

Lindsey Jones is the Recreation Services Manager at Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation and has been employed since the world first shut down for COVID in March 2020. Lindsey graduated from KSU with a BS in Sport Management. During her time at KSU, she was a member of Gamma Phi Beta and participated in Intermural Sports, serving as intramural chair for one year. She currently oversees social media and marketing, events, the Rome-Floyd Sports Hall of Fame, and much more. Lindsey also has her Certified Parks and Recreation Professional Certification.

Lindsey thinks the best thing about working at Parks and Rec is that no two days are alike. Her favorite memory so far is how big of a turnout there was for the first Chili-Fest Chili Cook-Off in 2021. When Lindsey isn’t working, she enjoys time with her family and dogs, cheering on the Braves, tending to her indoor plant collection, and doing home improvement projects.
