Summer is just around the corner and that means warmer weather, summer camps, and more. It also means a chance for local high school and college kids to find fun and meaningful jobs at Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation.
We have openings for camp counselors, certified lifeguards, concession stand workers, mascots and more. Jobs start at $10 an hour with some offering more pay for more experience.
For anyone who is 16 years or older and that is interested in becoming a lifeguard, we will help pay for certification and training. For more information please reach out to lane.griffith@floydcountyga.org. We have lifeguarding positions starting at $12.50 an hour.
